Welcome to NaturallyNeat University! These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your
use of the online cleaning certification course (“Services”) provided by Naturally Neat Cleaning
Services, LLC ("NaturallyNeat," "we," "our"). By enrolling in and using our Services, you
agree to these terms and conditions.

Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to the terms, you
may not use the Services.

1. Course Access and Enrollment
We collect the following types of personal data:

1.1 Course Access. Access to the course is granted upon successful completion of the
enrollment process, including the payment for the course and acceptance of the Terms of
Service.

1.2 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
when creating an account for access to the course. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials and updating your account information as
necessary.

1.3 Data from Third Parties: If you connect with third-party services (such as social media
platforms), we may receive data about you from those services. This can include your
name, profile picture, and other public details. We may collect information about you from
third-party services, such as social media platforms, where you have voluntarily connected
your account with us.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 Payment. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full course fee as outlined during
registration. Payments are securely processed through [Third-Party Provider e.g., Stripe,
PayPal], and we use industry-standard encryption and payment security protocols.

2.2 Refund Policy. You may request a full refund of the course fee within 30 days of

enrollment if you have not started the course. Refunds are not available after you have
accessed the course materials or more than 30 days have passed from the date of
enrollment, whichever occurs first. Refund requests must be submitted via email to
naturallyneat@gmail.com for processing.

3. Course Content Ownership and License

3.1 Ownership of Content. All course materials, including but not limited to videos,
documents, assignments, and tests, are owned by NaturallyNeat and are protected by
copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, distribute, or copy any
part of the course materials for commercial purposes without express permission.

3.2 License. Upon payment for the course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-
transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-
commercial use. This means that you may use the course content for your own learning,
but you may not use it for any activities that involve financial profit, including but not
limited to selling, distributing, reproducing, or using the content for commercial services
(e.g., in a business or consultancy). Redistribution, sharing, or selling any of the course
content is strictly prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Respectful Behavior. You agree to participate in the course in a respectful and
professional manner. Harassment, hate speech, cyberbullying, or any behavior that disrupts
the course experience or harms others is strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed
from the course without a refund.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct. You may not use the course materials for illegal activities,
including copyright infringement, or engage in disruptive behavior towards other students
or instructors.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection. We collect personal information such as your name, email, payment
details, and course progress. We may share your personal data with third-party service
providers that assist us in managing course communications, processing payments, and
delivering services. This data is used solely to facilitate your enrollment, course access,
and communication regarding the course.

5.2 Data Use. Your data will be used to provide the course services, process payments,
communicate important course updates, and send you marketing materials that you can
opt-out of. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your

5.3 Student Rights. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data by

communications, you can do so by following the instructions provided in our emails.

completely secure. By using the Services, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks

6. Liability Waiver

6.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaturallyNeat is not
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of
the course, including any errors or omissions in course materials. This limitation does not
apply in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

6.2 No Warranty. We do not warrant that the course will meet your expectations or that it
will be error-free. The course content is provided "as is," and we make no representations
or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the course materials.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Confidential Information. During the course, you may have access to proprietary
information or business-related data. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited
to, course materials, methods, student data, and any proprietary business information
shared during the course. You agree not to disclose or use any such information outside of
the course.

7.2 Confidentiality Obligation. The confidentiality obligations outlined here remain in
effect even after the termination of your participation in the course.

8. Certification

8.1 Completion Certificate. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a
certificate indicating your achievement. The certificate is awarded subject to completing all
course requirements, including quizzes and assignments, and may be used for personal or
professional development purposes.

8.2 Certification Limitations. The certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the
course and signifies your achievement within NaturallyNeat University. It is not accredited
by any professional body or regulatory agency.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Arbitration. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved

through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and governed by its rules. Arbitration will be conducted in
accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9.2 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual
basis and not as part of a class action or representative action.

10. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold NaturallyNeat harmless
from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, including
any breach of these Terms.

10.2 Limitation of Liability. In no event will NaturallyNeat's total liability exceed the total
fees paid by you for the course.

11. Amendment and Termination

11.1 Amendments. NaturallyNeat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any
changes will be posted on the website, and you will be notified via email. Continued use of
the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11.2 Termination. NaturallyNeat reserves the right to terminate your access to the course at
any time for violating these Terms. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a
refund.
